“我很忙”的英文怎么说，你还只会用busy吗？

如何委婉地拒绝别人的请求或邀约呢？在英语里，如果直接用"I am busy."拒绝别人其实不太礼貌，听起来有点敷衍，让人感觉别的事情比你重要，我不想和你一起。

况且学了那么多年英语，只会一句"l'm busy"就说不过去了。

举例：

I’ve been hustling and grinding with my work.

 Swamped

忙得不可开交

原意是指洪水涌上来，特指忙得不可开交

举例：

I’ve been swamped to get a new project done.

Be slaving at work

被逼着完成工作

举例：

I’m slaving at work,whick nearly drives me crazy.

Is the break or the time to rest important?

Absolutely, it’s extremely essential for everyone, particularly for the one who’s slaving at work. We need a break to recover and to refresh ourselves from the heavy workload or school assignments. Besides, a break, every now and then, would improve our working or studying efficiency significantly.  There’s an old saying, all work and no play makes jack a dull boy, well, the same goes to all work and no break makes our life boring and exhausting, it would harm our well-being no doubt about that.
