　　Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is better to use your own knowledge and experience to solve problems than to ask other people for advice.

　　Of numerous perplexing problems, the ones that confused me most tended to be about teamwork. I often found it hard to mediate conflicts and frictions between team membersuntil recently, when I began to listen to each members’ advice before addressing such problems. Keeping my ears open, I am now able to identify their varying expectations and where their disagreements are. In this way, the final solutions I give can therefore cater to each members’ needs, simplifying the problem-solving process. Moreover, through collecting advice, I give my full respect to them, meanwhile displaying an objective attitude. It turns out such gesture increases my peers’ willingness to cooperate when it comes to actual problem-solving phase, and this largely facilitates the problem-solving process. I was so intolerant and set in my ways that I often ignore ideas and views that did not conform to to my limited view. The lesson was therefore learned.
