该思路的前提背景：如果做这个事情是花比较多时间花比较多精力或者不容易完成的事情，就会对我们产生压力。

基本语料：Nowadays university students are really stressed out with tremendous workload which they have to cope with exams, so I they are really preoccupied with great pressure.

回答步骤：

1 总观点---it increases/decreases pressure

2 运用思路语料

3 联系题目

   3.1 需要放松---however, by doing题干的事情，it will boost my energy and‘  increase study efficiency.

   3.2 继续做压力会更大--if+。题干里不支持的事情，I have to spend longer time and energy doing it。Finally, it will increase more burden负担 on （them）

4 Step4: 趁热打铁，添油加醋，矫情一下压力大的恶果

effect 1： too much pressure will do harm to physical health

eg：live sedentary lifestyle—I will get neck and back problems or eye fatigue

effect 2： （also）too much stress will make them unable to focus on their study when they are too tired

a person who knows how to rest is the person who knows how to work

effect 3: 没时间交流--that’s the major reason why I can’t find extra time to communicate with my family members. Gradually we may become loosely connected.

思路应用

题目训练思路讲完了，我们来看看如何对题目进行迁移应用：

1 娱乐类

假如题目娱乐效果非常明显，或者跟学习不搭边，光想想这个事情都蛮爽的，思路迁移部分就要用减压的思路：要做这个事情，因为放松

Step1: 选好选项抛出这样减少压力。

2学习类 适合的题目是：还要不要继续学习，或者要不要做跟学习相关的事情。如果回答不想这么做。

题目3 stay up late before examination 还是 have a good rest before examination.

3 虽然题目的选项中有一个也跟学习有关，似乎会增加压力，但是另一个也会增加压力，所以这个时候要比较两者谁的压力更大

注意：运用的过程中需要调整合适的主语。

例如题目：Some people believe that students should study mathematic when they are in school while others think they should learn it after they go to work. Which one do you prefer? Why?

Step1：说出自己的选项

Step2：抛出没有选的选项会增加压力。

Step3：用思路解释为什么没有选的选项会有压力，

Nowadays，workers/children….可能要换主语 were stressed out with a lot of workload, so they were really exhausted.

Step4   It seems that having one less to worry about would be a good thing.

Step5：添油加醋吓唬一下，一般学习类的可以说腰酸背痛近视眼；也可以说知识不进脑子；也可以说没时间当交际花。

Step6：完美答案再比较一下另一个选项很轻松

例题：Do you prefer to go shopping in boutiques or in big shopping mall?

1东西多就挑选会墨迹

There are many kinds of products in big shopping mall, ranging from domestic goods to overseas goods. So, it will be difficult for me to choose what I want to buy with a lot of choices to hesitate. Finally, it will increase my time pressure.

However, 对比选项If+想选的题干选项I go shopping in boutiques, it will be easier for me to choose with less products.； Finally, I can save much time to study.

2大商店花时间—路上距离远-大商店在市中心，我住在郊区，路上花时间

Usually, big shopping malls are in city center, but I live in the outskirts area, and I have to spend at least 3 hours on commuting. As a result, every time I travel to big shopping mall, it will increase my time pressure.

对比选项While small shops are everywhere. So it will save much time for me to study.

备注：

1别忘了和压力的背景联系一下，比如可以说作为学生压力大，这么做最终还是为了多点时间学习。
